Emmanuel B. Doivilus was arrested on Wednesday, June 14 with assistance from U.S. marshals, according to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae.
Doivilus was charged with first-degree murder and weapons offenses in the death of Mark Hoffman, 20, Webb-McRae said.
Hoffman was shot inside a vehicle at Rieck Avenue Elementary School in Millville on Monday, June 12, the prosecutor said.
He was additionally charged with aggravated assault and theft, she said.
The investigation is ongoing.
